Meet Nicolas

Nicolas Tétrault is a former elected politician in Montreal, Québec, Canada. He is also a political scientist and entrepreneur in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He was elected at the municipal council of Montreal in the borough of Plateau Mont-Royal from 2001 to 2005 and he was also a candidate to be a member of the House of Commons of Canada (Federal Parliament of Canada in Ottawa) and to the National Assembly of Quebec (Provincial Parliament of the Province of Quebec) at the age of 19, making him one of the youngest in history to run for the Provincial Parliament. When he was younger, Mr. Tétrault won numerous awards in the TOP 30 under 30 in politics and marketing and participated in numerous political television debates since the age of 17.

Active in real estate

Mr. Tétrault has also been very active in real estate, mainly in Quebec but also in New Brunswick, Ontario and the Cayman Islands (United Kingdom). Mr. Tetrault bought his first two buildings at the age of 18 in Montreal with his own money because he had 3 part-time jobs while studying at College Jean-de-Brebeuf in Montreal and he continued to invest in the real estate sector every year after, then he bought two real estate agencies in 2007 and merged & renamed them to create Royal LePage du Quartier which he sold 12 years later in 2016.

Mr. Tetrault is also a co-owner of two new radio stations in Montreal: CFNV-940 AM (French language) and CFQR-600 AM (English language). Mr. Tetrault has concluded as a commercial real estate broker some of the largest commercial real estate transactions in Quebec and Canada and he has also been invited on several occasions as a guest speaker at major real estate conferences and he has also been invited to train and give lessons to other real estate brokers.

Specialized training

Mr. Tetrault holds a bachelor's and master's degree in political science from the University of Montreal and a diploma from the Summer University of Lyon in France in European politics. Mr. Tetrault also attends numerous counterterrorism seminars, primarily on how to bankrupt terrorist financing through an Israeli MOSSAD subdivision called Shurat Ha Din and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in 2016 in New York City.

Mr. Tétrault is not a spy for Israel or the United States, these trainings are open to a few handpicked VIP individuals. The goal is to increase their intellectual capacities by becoming more aware and on the lookout for the various more complex dangers not revealed to the public in the traditional media and universities. It is a bit like a specialized training complementary to university studies.

Mr. Tetrault speaks English, French and is learning Hebrew, Spanish and Italian. Mr. Tetrault decided in 2020 to redirect his career as a broker to the practice of residential brokerage as well and to start selling strategic advice to businesses and wealthy clients. Some of the individual and business clients are among the wealthiest citizens in Canada and also around the world.

Nicolas Tétrault's greatest strength is his enormous network of business and government contacts all over the planet. It is easy for him to open the doors of any company or government with his relentlessness and also the hidden help of his network of friends and contacts.

The other great strength of Mr. Tétrault is his extensive knowledge of government and the business world. Indeed, very few citizens like him started active politics at the age of 17 and started in business with the purchase of buildings at 18 with his own money because Nicolas Tétrault started working at the age 13 years old. Mr. Tétrault can make a diagnosis and issue strategic advice that is very profitable politically and economically in a really LITTLE TIME. Time is money, time is money!

Still active

In 2020 and still today, Mr. Tétrault became special advisor to the president of a pharmaceutical company worth several billion US dollars. From 2022, Mr. Tétrault wishes to offer his consulting, networking, funding for businesses and project management services in Canada but also abroad. It is not excluded that Mr. Tetrault returns sooner rather than later in Canadian politics.
