Mr. Tétrault can act anywhere in Quebec as a commercial real estate broker with the right to sell your business. If it is a sale of shares then Mr. Tétrault will have to be supported by the seller's lawyer who will have to supervise the sale, the role of Mr. Tétrault will be diminished in terms of legal responsibility in order to comply with the laws of Quebec or any jurisdiction where applicable.

The most difficult thing is often to find the buyer but also to negotiate in a calm and diplomatic way the draft or the skeleton of a fair agreement for all parties involved.

Project currently under study

Mr. Tétrault is currently working on the development of a company offering popular mortgages at more acceptable interest rates than normal private lenders who grant mortgages at rates ranging from 10% to 20 % per year. Mr. Tétrault is working on a popular funding formula of 7.99% per year or less. Canadian banks have become too difficult in granting loans and even sound of bell among B mortgage lenders.

Several situations can justify bad credit: divorce, job loss, illness, bad investment, why the federal government and the Canadian government not intervene as surety on loans to guarantee mortgage loans? By not helping out, the governments are make many families more financially precarious who have to borrow at high rates that hurt often destroys their budget.
